ADA/504 at Mines

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAA) ensure that individuals with disabilities have equal access to university programs, services, and facilities. These laws require the university to provide reasonable accommodations and accessible environments that remove barriers to participation. By upholding the principles of Section 504, the ADA, and the ADAA, Mines demonstrates its commitment to creating a campus environment that allows all community members to fully engage.

For questions regarding accessibility, accommodations, or to initiate the accommodation process, please contact the ADA/504 Coordinator at ada504@mines.edu.
